Tracetex 360 Innovations (OPC) Pvt Ltd. ("Tracetex") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and one-time purchases made through our Service.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refund requests outside of this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion or where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@tracetexi.in with your order details and reason for the request. We will review and process eligible refunds to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically completed within 5–10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself trigger a refund — to request one, contact support.

Non-refundable items

Where permitted by law, the following are generally non-refundable: prior billing periods that have been fully used, third-party fees, and any services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the point of purchase.
